Ryan E. San George focuses his practice on employment law, insurance coverage, business litigation, and higher education law.  Ryan routinely appears on behalf of businesses, universities, and government agencies in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts.  He has successfully defended employers in investigations brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.  Ryan has also conducted internal investigations and provided employment counseling to the firm's clients.

Ryan is a volunteer attorney with the District of New Jersey’s ReNew federal re-entry program and in that capacity he assists recently released federally convicted offenders transition into society.
