Jordan Solomon has a broad-based transactional practice with extensive experience representing clients in business and real estate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchases and sales, divestitures, joint ventures, asset and real estate based lending on behalf of banks and borrowers, swaps and other derivatives transactions, choice of entity analysis, formation and organization of new businesses and the structuring of joint venture companies, preparation and negotiation of shareholder/operating agreements, other corporate governance documents, and various types of business contracts including license agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, employment agreements, supply agreements, trademark and copyright registrations and other business agreements.

Jordan also has experience structuring private equity and real estate funds, the offering of interests therein, and the negotiation and documentation of investments therein. He has represented the State of New Jersey, Division of Investment in connection with its Alternative Investment Program, designed to permit investments in real estate, private equity, and hedge funds.

Jordan is actively involved in counseling clients throughout the life cycle of their businesses. He represents a varied client base that ranges from small, closely held businesses, including family owned businesses, to Fortune 500 companies.

Jordan also has experience in sports and entertainment law, including representing professional athletes in contract negotiations with professional clubs and in sponsorship endorsements, and related legal matters.
