Rina Grassotti specializes in higher education and school law, employment and labor law, business litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and reinsurance litigation. She also dedicates a portion of her practice to representing clients pro bono through Newark Reentry Legal Services, a Volunteer Lawyers for Justice program designed to assist individuals with criminal records in resolving various legal matters in order to facilitate community reintegration. Rina handles matters in New Jersey and New York State and Federal Courts.
Prior to joining Saiber, Rina clerked for the Honorable Ariel A. Rodriguez, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. While in law school, she was an Associate Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. She also participated in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition, and won an award for Best Oralist in Appellate Advocacy. Rina also received a Pro Bono Service Award for her work in Seton Hall's Volunteer Income Tax Assistant program, which provides tax assistance to elderly, disabled and/or indigent persons.
