From Left to Right:

Norman E. Schlesinger, David M. Satz, Samuel S. Saiber

Over 70 years ago, Samuel S. Saiber and Norman E. Schlesinger founded our firm in the City of Newark, specializing in trusts, estates, probate matters and taxation. Sam and Norman's dedication to law and compassion for their clients helped to forge the firm philosophy that lives on today: Lawyers for Business, Counselors for Life®.

Moving to the Gateway Center in 1980 and then to our current space in Florham Park in 2009, we have grown in size and practice, expanding our capabilities to include all facets of the law. In 1969, David M. Satz, Jr., who had been appointed U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey by President John F. Kennedy and served in that position for eight years, joined Sam and Norman, broadening the firm's practice to include litigation and later, gaming. In 1978, our litigation team was further expanded by the addition of David J. D'Aloia, now a member of our Executive Committee. In 1980, former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Chief of the Special Prosecution Division for the District of New Jersey, William F. Maderer, joined the Firm. Nino Coviello, Jennine DiSomma and Jeremy Kleiman are also members of our current Executive Committee.

Over the years the firm has grown strategically and steadily with a passionate commitment to providing superb legal services and building long-term relationships with our clients. With those principles in mind, we will continue to live and work by the philosophy inspired by our founders many years ago: Lawyers for Business, Counselors for Life.
