Paola Hemsley concentrates her practice in employment and labor law, representing and counseling employers on issues relating to hiring; termination; wage and hour laws; family and medical leave laws; paid sick leave laws; accommodations; discrimination; harassment; retaliation; restrictive covenants; separation agreements; and handbook policies. Paola received her B.A. from Montclair State University and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
Ryan San George focuses his practice in employment law, insurance coverage, business litigation, and higher education law. Ryan received his B.A. from the University of Connecticut, magna cum laude, and his J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School, cum laude.
David Satine concentrates his practice in representing insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage disputes, arbitrations, and bad-faith litigation. He is a past chair of the Insurance Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and is a frequent speaker on insurance law issues. He received his B.A. from Tufts University and his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
