Saiber is pleased to welcome Ami Foger, who joined the firm’s Business Services practice. Ami has over 10 years of experience handling a range of corporate matters, including general corporate counseling, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and data security. He has represented clients in various industries, including consumer products, energy, pharmaceuticals and technology. Ami will be resident in the firm’s Florham Park office.
Ami received his B.A. from Rutgers University in 2003 and his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (summa cum laude). Prior to joining Saiber, Ami served as an associate in a New Jersey based law firm.
