Arnold B. Calmann, who is a member of the Steering Committee of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, will moderate a panel on "Recent Developments in Hatch-Waxman Patent Litigation in the District of New Jersey" at the FCBA's 2013 Advanced Complex Litigation Series on May 30th at Seton Hall Law School. Panelists include US District Judge Stanley R. Chesler, US Magistrate Judge Douglas Arpert, Ed Haug of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP and Chad Peterman of Patterson Belknap in NY. US District Judge Faith Hochberg will be the overall moderator and Chief Judge Randall Rader of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals will be the keynote speaker. This event is part of a nationwide series on emerging issues in complex intellectual property litigation.
