Saiber Elevates Two Associates to Counsel

Saiber is pleased to announce that Geri L. Albin and Amy K. Smith have been elevated to Counsel to the firm.

Geri Albin concentrates her practice in business litigation and labor and employment law with an emphasis on breach of contract, wrongful termination and other workplace statutory litigation. She also focuses on intellectual property and antitrust and trade regulation. Geri received her B.A., cum laude, from The George Washington University in 2003 and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2006.

Amy Smith concentrates her practice in business litigation, labor and employment law and insurance defense. Amy received her B.S., magna cum laude, from New York University in 2003 and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2006. Amy began her career as a Summer Associate with the firm.
