Disability Discrimination: Court Dismisses Suit by Recovering Alcoholic

The United States District Court in New Jersey recently dismissed a case brought by a recovering alcoholic who had returned to work after FMLAleave and claimed that he was wrongfully terminated for failing a random breath test.
