ASSOCIATE DEVELOPMENT

We encourage our attorneys to assume responsibility early in their careers. Our goal is to have associates providing hands-on support as soon as possible by working directly with clients, participating in court procedures and depositions, leading client calls and attending closings. Our dedication to serving our clients is paramount and only attainable by proactively incorporating the help of our associates.

Our members maintain an open door policy at all times to encourage an open dialogue between members and associates. We provide mentors to new associates to guide learning, development and transition, as well as to act as a professional development sounding board. We invest in our attorneys through informal training programs, including practice-focused workshops, continuing legal education seminars, and other informal training programs to promote learning and professional growth.

Litigation Associate

SAIBER LLC is seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate with 3-6 years of litigation and/or employment law experience to join our Florham Park office. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and talented attorney who seeks challenging work assignments with a reasonable hourly requirement. This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment.

Our client-focused approach has earned Saiber a Tier 1 Firm raking within the Labor & Employment Litigation and Commercial Litigation categories in the most recent edition of Best Law Firms, as well as a ranking in the 2023 edition of Chambers USA for Commercial Litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare briefs, pleadings, motions, and other related litigation documents.
  • Prepare discovery responses and requests.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Provide client status reports.
  • Other litigation-related matters as needed.
  • Participate in business development and marketing initiatives.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Litigation experience, including discovery, depositions and preparing dispositive motions.
  • Admission to New Jersey required; New York preferred.
  • Federal or N.J. Appellate, Chancery or Law Division clerkship preferred.
  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently.
