Daniel V. Arno is an associate in Saiber’s Gaming Law and Administrative & Regulatory practice groups.
Daniel provides legal guidance to a range of businesses operating within the dynamic gaming industry landscape. His experience spans licensing procedures, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. Daniel navigates the intricate regulatory frameworks governing sports betting, as well as both land-based and interactive gaming. His focus and commitment to keeping abreast of the latest regulatory developments within the gaming industry ensures his clients maintain compliance in this rapidly evolving sector.
Prior to joining Saiber, Daniel practiced as an associate at a New Jersey-based law firm, where he provided comprehensive legal counsel to affluent individuals in complex divorce and family law matters. Before entering private practice, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John P. McDonald of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division.
Daniel earned his B.S. from Quinnipiac University in 2015 and his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2018.
