Associate Development
We encourage our attorneys to assume responsibility early in their careers. Our goal is to have associates providing hands-on support as soon as possible by working directly with clients, participating in court procedures and depositions, leading client calls and attending closings. Our dedication to serving our clients is paramount and only attainable by proactively incorporating the help of our associates.
Our members maintain an open door policy at all times to encourage an open dialogue between members and associates. We provide mentors to new associates to guide learning, development and transition, as well as to act as a professional development sounding board. Administrative Assistant
Saiber LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the firm’s marketing and professional development initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about fostering growth and learning within a legal environment.
Professional Development Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of CLE (Continuing Legal Education) credits and ensure attorneys fulfill ongoing education requirements
- Track and monitor the status of attorney licenses, ensuring they remain active and in good standing
- Manage the registration process for attorneys to ensure compliance with state bar associations
- Support the planning and execution of CLE sessions, as well as other training programs and seminars for attorneys
- Assist with the coordination of in-house legal training and development initiatives, ensuring that all sessions run smoothly
- Maintain comprehensive records of attorney registrations, certifications, and completed trainings
- Act as the point of contact for attorneys regarding registration and professional development matters
- Facilitate the firm’s subscription renewals
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the firm’s Senior Administrative team
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in CRM (“Customer Relationship Management”) database updates and maintenance
- Provide support with respect to request for proposals responses and pitch document creation
- Assist in the research, preparation, and distribution of Firmwide marketing communication pieces
- Support internal and external Firm events and functions
- Provide updates to the website through the Firm’s CMS (“content management system”) platform
- Draft and update attorney biographies and practice descriptions
- Updating Firm social media accounts as needed
- Analyze and support digital marketing efforts
- Provide general support to the Firm’s Director of Business Development and Marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with legal education programs, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements, and attorney development, a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of legal practice areas and industry trends
- Proficiency in learning management systems and technology tools
- A strong interest in legal education, marketing, training, and professional development.
This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 (non-exempt)

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person while taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Maintain the conference rooms and shared offices bookings and schedules.
- Sort, deliver and receive all incoming/outgoing mail and shipments from USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Billing and Accounting Coordinator Job Description
SAIBER LLC is looking to hire a Billing and Accounting Coordinator to join its Florham Park office.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all phases of Firm’s processing of monthly timekeeper invoices, including issuing and posting of regular and electronic invoices using SurePoint billing system and other electronic billing platforms (Tymetrix 360, Serengeti Legal Tracker)
- Provide timely and accurate billing information to facilitate efficient processing
- Collaborate and support attorneys and legal assistants in preparing, adjusting and editing firm invoices
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to resolve billing issues
- Assist with training and on-boarding of timekeepers and assistants on the use of time and billing system and firm billing procedures
- Serve as the point person and system resource for all matters related to client billing
- Track outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
Requirements and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with time and billing procedures and accounting principles
- Knowledge of payables, trust and general ledger
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive environment

Education and Experience
