Kyle Madley

Kyle Madley is an associate in Saiber LLC’s Business Litigation and Insurance & Reinsurance practices.

Kyle focuses his practice on representing domestic and multinational insurers in a range of complex insurance coverage matters. Kyle regularly counsels insurance companies in litigation involving insurance coverage, insurance fraud, and bad faith claims.  Kyle also represents businesses in commercial litigation disputes, both in state and federal court.

Prior to joining Saiber, Kyle served in the healthcare practice in the Newark office of a national law firm, and as a general liability associate of a law firm based in Roseland, NJ. Before entering private practice, Kyle served as the law clerk to the Honorable Mary K. Costello, Hudson County Superior Court, Civil Part. There, Kyle assisted Judge Costello with her complex business litigation docket and also conducted settlement negotiations for small claims cases.
