Thomas McCormick is an experienced gaming law attorney who advises clients on domestic and international licensing and regulatory matters.  Tom has an intimate knowledge of the industry based on 20 years as general counsel for a privately held, New Jersey-based gaming equipment manufacturer with more than 150 gaming related licenses and customers throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. He has also provided gaming regulatory advice to a number of online gaming and sports betting-related companies concerning licensing and compliance matters in New Jersey. Tom's experience includes handling gaming device submissions and approvals, entity and individual licensing, regulatory violations and disciplinary matters. Clients rely on him to negotiate exclusive distribution agreements, intellectual property license agreements and settlement agreements relating to commercial disputes involving third-party vendors. Tom also provides guidance on a range of employment and corporate matters.

Prior to entering private practice, Tom served as general counsel to a gaming equipment manufacturer and worked in the legal departments at Harrah's Casino Hotel and The Claridge Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ.
