On Wednesday, January 31st, Jennifer O’Connor will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Ethics Lab: Overcoming the Ethical Dilemmas Associated with the Relationship between Counsel, Insurer and Policyholder” at the American Conference Institute’s Employment Practices Liability Insurance conference in New York.
