On Wednesday, May 15th, Saiber’s Jack Losinger will participate in a panel discussion entitled “FTC’s Non-compete Ban: What Businesses Need to Know 2024” hosted by NJBIZ. The panel will discuss the details on the ruling, the potential impact on employers, what the timeline might be for implementation, the implications for non-disclosure agreements and other restrictive covenants, and what legal challenges are expected, among other things.
