Saiber obtained a favorable decision from an international arbitration panel in Bermuda for our client, an insurance carrier. The panel found that our client was not liable to cover $25M in losses suffered by its insured, a medical device maker, in connection with its defective medical product. Saiber is now in the process of applying to the panel for reimbursement of our client's legal fees and expenses. David J. D’Aloia, assisted by attorney Krystal D.
