Saiber attorney Jennine DiSomma recently secured a victory on behalf of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in a whistleblower lawsuit brought by an x-ray technician whom the University fired after a patient died under his care. The New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division ruled that the technician wasn’t engaged in whistleblowing conduct, reversing the employee’s earlier jury verdict and dismissing the claim as matter of law.
