Chambers USA Ranks Saiber and its Attorneys in 2024 Edition

The 2024 edition of Chambers USA has ranked Saiber LLC and six of our attorneys within the General Commercial Litigation, Gaming & Licensing, Intellectual Property, Corporate/M&A, and Real Estate categories.

In the Nationwide Gaming & Licensing table, Saiber’s gaming law practice ranked nationally as a Band 3 Firm. Chambers described Saiber’s gaming practice as being “very knowledgeable and able to handle complex issues.” Gaming practice Chair Jeremy Kleiman received a Band 2 designation in the same category, with clients commenting that Jeremy “is our go-to lawyer for gaming matters” and that he is "is one of the most commercially sensible and pragmatic lawyers I've had the pleasure to work with.”

Saiber ranked as a Band 4 firm in New Jersey for General Commercial Litigation. The 2024 publication notes one Saiber client say saying "Saiber has been excellent in handling our legal needs." Chambers also ranked William Maderer as a Senior Statesperson in Commercial Litigation in New Jersey, winning praise for his handling of a diverse range of commercial disputes and internal investigations.

In addition, Chambers ranked Saiber’s Intellectual Property practice as a Band 3 firm in New Jersey, with sources citing that “There's a lot of great knowledge at Saiber,” and that “They know the courts and the cases well and they have patent litigation expertise.”  Arnie Calmann has been ranked as a Band 3 practitioner within the New Jersey Intellectual Property category, with clients noting that Arnie “has a lot of expertise, knows the judges really well and is very wise.” The publication also notes a client as saying “he’s seen everything so he's able to give you very good advice." The publication also ranked Jeffrey Soos as a Band 3 practitioner within the New Jersey Intellectual Property category, with the guide describing Jeff as a “a distinguished litigator with substantial expertise in complex patent disputes and Hatch-Waxman litigation.”

Rand Schillinger was ranked in the as a Band 3 practitioner within the New Jersey Environment category, with the publication noting her as being “impressive."

The publication also ranked Ira Marcus in the New Jersey Corporate/M&A category for his expertise in a broad range of corporate deals, including dispositions, acquisitions and joint ventures.

Chambers also ranked Saiber’s Real Estate practice as a Band 4 firm in New Jersey, with a client noting that "Saiber has a very qualified group of attorneys who are very knowledgeable and attentive.”
