Saiber LLC is pleased to announce that construction and commercial litigator Robert Nussbaum has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association of New Jersey (“Metro”). In his role as a Board Member, Rob will work with the Board to manage the property, affairs and business of Metro, which includes, among other things, adopting, amending, and publishing rules and regulations relating to the Association.
In addition, Rob will also be receiving Metro’s “Membership Award” at the Association’s annual Installation Dinner and Holiday Party held in December. The award is presented annually to a member who has done the most to increase membership in the past year.
The Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association of New Jersey is a local professional trade association affiliated with the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to promote and protect all segments of the residential building industry and its customers in Essex, Morris, Union, Somerset, Warren, and Hunterdon counties. Its goal is to enhance its members’ ability to provide safe, affordable, quality housing to the citizens in New Jersey.
