In a recent article by Vixio’s GamingCompliance, Saiber gaming law practice chair Jeremy Kleiman comments on the proposed new rule being considered by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement which would mandate gaming operators in New Jersey to disclose their business in other jurisdictions outside of New Jersey.
