FLORHAM PARK, NJ – March 5, 2025 – Saiber LLC is pleased to announce that it will be moving its headquarters this spring to 7 Giralda Farms in Madison, New Jersey. This move marks an exciting milestone for Saiber, as it coincides with the 75th anniversary of the Firm’s founding and represents a continued commitment to innovation, collaboration, and client service.
The new headquarters will span over 34,000 square feet on the third floor of 7 Giralda Farms and will serve as the primary office for most of the Firm’s employees. The modern space features a contemporary design, enhanced technological capabilities, and a layout designed to promote collaboration. With numerous spacious conference rooms, war rooms, a café, a wellness room, and over 60 private offices, the new space reflects Saiber’s dedication to providing a productive and welcoming environment for its employees and clients.

The new office also offers access to a range of amenities within the Giralda Farms campus, including a cafeteria, a fitness center with a yoga room, underground indoor parking, a social lounge with games and entertainment, a 9-hole disc golf course, walking paths, and a large outdoor terrace. The location is easily accessible from major highways, including Routes 10 and 24, as well as interstates I-78, I-80, and I-287, and is situated just minutes from downtown Madison, the Township of Chatham shopping areas, and downtown Morristown.

Founded in 1950 in Newark, NJ, Saiber remained in Newark for nearly six decades before relocating to Florham Park in 2009. The lease at 7 Giralda Farms begins in May 2025.
