Saiber's Appellate practice includes a group of seasoned attorneys who are experienced in all aspects of trial and appellate practice. Many of our appellate attorneys have served as law clerks to judges at all levels of state and federal judicial systems and are well acquainted with the strategies, procedural requirements, subtleties and nuances of both trial and appellate practice.

Our attorneys become involved in cases in a variety of ways. We handle appeals of cases that have been tried by members of the firm and also consult in trial court proceedings concerning substantive and procedural matters that might become appellate issues. In such cases, the client benefits from a continuity of knowledge, approach and strategy while containing litigation costs. We also frequently take on cases that have been handled by other firms at the trial level. These cases are referred to us by the firms and/or the clients’ in-house counsel.

Whether evaluating a matter for appeal, crafting appellate arguments and strategies, participating in settlement conferences, drafting briefs and other papers, conducting oral arguments or preparing trial and appellate motions, we are uniquely qualified to perform effectively at every stage of a litigation.
