Saiber Attorneys Speak at NJ State Bar Association (NJSBA) Conference on Post Penn State Issues for Institutions of Higher Learning

Saiber lawyer, Rina G. Tamburro, Esq., Co-Chair of the NJSBA Higher Education Committee, planned and organized a two hour conference at the NJSBA Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ on October 16th with her Committee Co-Chair, Sarah Luke, Assistant General Counsel at Rutgers. The conference was entitled, “Lessons Learned from Penn State: A Comprehensive Review of University Practices and Responsibilities in the Aftermath of the Sandusky Sex Abuse Scandal.” The conference panel included Saiber LLC Managing Member, William F. Maderer, Esq., as the panel moderator, and Sean R. Kelly, Esq., a speaker on best practices for university counsels, administrators and boards of trustees. All three Saiber lawyers are members of the firm’s Higher Education Practice Group.

Over 70 people attended this dinner conference.
