Saiber LLC is pleased to announce that Geri Albin, Justin Calta, Katherine A. Escanlar, and Michael J. Shortt have been elevated to Members of the Firm, effective January 1, 2025.
Geri Albin concentrates her practice in all aspects of environmental law with an emphasis on the remediation and development of sites throughout New Jersey and New York. Geri also has experience in business litigation, intellectual property litigation, labor and employment law, and school law. Geri received her B.A. from George Washington University, cum laude, and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
Justin Calta’s practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in real estate and corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on zoning, land use and re-development, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law and business counseling. Justin received his B.A. from Antioch College and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law.
Katherine A. Escanlar concentrates her practice in business litigation, antitrust, trade regulation and unfair competition, and intellectual property litigation. Katherine received her B.A. from Rutgers University, with highest honors, and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude.
Michael J. Shortt focuses his practice on business litigation, business counseling, real estate litigation, employment law, and higher education law. Mike received his B.A. from Fordham University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
