On Monday, December 16, 2019, Jeff Soos hosted a program on Rule 16 Initial Scheduling Conferences in the DNJ with the John C. Lifland Federal Practice/Intellectual Property American Inn of Court. Jeff is a co-director of the Inn. Jeff was joined by speaker Judge Douglas E. Arpert (U.S.M.J.), along with Judge Stanley R. Chesler (U.S.D.J.), who presided over a mock Rule 16 conference presented by Arnold B. Calmann, Esq., and Robert G. Shepherd, Esq.
