On Wednesday, April 14th, Randi Schillinger and Lauren Limauro will participate in a webinar entitled "Unconventional Real Estate Loans: Legal Issues & Challenges," hosted by the Mortgage Bankers Association of New Jersey. The webinar will address requirements and issues that a lender should be concerned with in connection with loans that involve (i) redevelopment projects and include Redevelopment Agreements and Long Term Financial Agreements with municipalities; (ii) leasehold financings; and (iii) a major commercial tenant as the anchor.
