On Thursday, May 15th, Jaime Rivera Emmanuelli will moderate a panel discussion entitled “Consumer Rights x Betting Websites” at the 2025 SBC Americas Summit. The panel will discuss consumer rights regarding betting websites, focusing on the relationship between players and operators, the regulatory requirements, and the growing importance of understanding operator obligations to mitigate legal disputes.
