Marc Singer, a partner at Saiber LLC in Florham Park, NJ, recently gave three seminars on real estate litigation damages to real estate professionals, commercial property owners, lenders and insurance professionals. Most recently, Marc was joined by Richard Hollowell, Managing Director of Restructuring, Litigation and Transactional Services at Cohn Reznick to deliver the conference, “Damages: The Real Estate Litigation Show” at the Saiber Conference Center in Florham Park. Subsequently, he delivered this program to lawyers, brokers and financial professionals.
Marc has extensive experience in representing real estate brokers, agencies and title insurers in professional liability claims arising out of residential and commercial brokerage and sale agreements. He has been involved with the real estate brokerage industry since the 1980’s and has handled claims arising out of allegations of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, breach of contract and failure to disclose. Marc also has represented foreign quasi-governmental instrumentalities, finance companies and domestic partnerships involved in multi-million dollar contract disputes. He also has been involved in the prosecution of fraud and related misappropriation claims on behalf of a premium finance company concerning one of the largest insurance fraud scams in U.S. history. Marc has been included in New Jersey Super Lawyers since 2007.
Marc is a member of the American, New Jersey, New York and Essex County Bar Associations, the NJ Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Board of NY; he is the vice president of the Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey and is a licensed NJ real estate broker.
