Saiber, along with co-counsel Post Polak, P.A., represented the owners of Something Digital, a premier interactive agency specializing in ecommerce website design, digital strategy, and user experience, in connection with the sale of the Something Digital business to Genpact (NYSE: G), a global professional services firm. The acquisition expands Genpact’s experience business, Rightpoint, and will combine Something Digital’s deep commerce expertise with Rightpoint’s customer experience leadership.
