Saiber land use attorney Justin Calta secured a key victory on behalf of clients, David Alan Caterers LLC and the Rockwood Catering LLC, obtaining preliminary and final site plan approval of an events and catering facility in Hanover, New Jersey. The Hanover Township planning board voted unanimously to approve the renovation of a 25,000 square foot building that will feature a catering facility for on-site and off-site consumption, and an events space for personal and corporate functions.
