Recently Adopted Law Requires Landlords to Include a New Tenant Protection in Residential Leases
On January 17, 2014 the New Jersey legislature adopted a new statute1 that has the potential to impact residential landlord/tenant proceedings, and in most cases will require residential landlords to revise their standard form leases.
