Saiber has extensive experience handling the vigorous representation required in mass tort litigation. By serving as counsel for insurance carriers, private entities, and other diverse clientele at the local and national levels, we bring the methods and tools necessary to effectively organize, coordinate, litigate and/or negotiate manageable settlements for these complex and wide-reaching matters. State-of-the-art technology is used to handle mass tort litigation in a cost-effective manner for the client, without compromising the knowledge and zealous advocacy that sets us apart from our contemporaries.

We have represented mass tort clients in courts and administrative tribunals and before regulatory agencies throughout the United States and have successfully litigated a wide array of matters, including the defense of asbestos claims against one of the largest manufacturers of asbestos in the world, Agent Orange claims, and claims involving the Dalkon Shield, as well as claims against tobacco and alcohol manufacturers. We also have represented various parties in interest in asbestos bankruptcies and fraudulent conveyance litigation. Recently, we successfully represented a large segment of the firearms industry in cases brought against them by various individuals and entities alleging non-specific injuries from the universal use of hand guns. We also represent product manufacturers in consumer fraud class actions.
