Pooja Patel is Counsel in Saiber LLC’s Business Services practice group. Pooja focuses her practice on corporate counseling, corporate transactions and financings, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance. Pooja advises public and private companies, private equity firms, financial institutions, startups, and closely-held businesses in connection with a variety of business transactions and general corporate matters. She handles matters spanning a wide range of industries, including professional services, retail, entertainment, financial services, technology, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Saiber, Pooja served as in-house counsel for a private equity firm with over $1 billion assets under management that invests in the media, entertainment, technology, sports, consumer and digital media sectors. There, she provided strategic advice on complex transactional matters involving the firm’s funds and portfolio companies.

Previously, Pooja was an associate in the emerging companies and venture capital group of an AmLaw 100 law firm, handling various transactional matters involving private equity and venture capital firms and venture-backed companies.
