Samuel G. Rodrigues is an associate in Saiber LLC’s business litigation practice group. Sam regularly represents private businesses and public entities in complex commercial litigation in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Saiber, Sam was an associate at a New Jersey-based firm, where he specialized in the aeras of premises liability, transportation, construction, and other general liability matters. He also handled contract litigation and negotiation as well as intellectual property licensing.
Sam earned his B.A. from Rutgers University (magna cum laude) in 2012 and his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2017.
